1. What's Color Picker?

Color Picker is a small (100 x 50 pixel on screen) utility that let you find out the RGB Hex Code of the color of anywhere of you screen. This is especially useful if you are writing HTML web page or want to paint a picture with a specific color. Furthermore, with a handy hot-key "F11", you can get the hex code copied to you clipboard with a least effort.

3. Usages

Open Color Picker
Move your mouse cursor around the screen, the code and the color will change accordingly.
Press the hot key "F11" to copy the hex code to clipboard or just memorize it.
Bring about the menu by right-clicking at the Color Picker screen.

4. Common Issues

Windows NT users with very low system resources level may experience an "overflow" error.
Close some programs or restart Windows in order to free up memory.
Upgrade to Windows XP or download the latest service pack from Microsoft.
